Rhaglen Hydref '22 o gyrsiau, gweithdai a dosbarthiadau cyffrous yn cychwyn ym mis Medi yn Neuadd Trehopcyn.

Rydyn ni’n cynnig amrywiaeth o gyrsiau medrau syrcas a ffitrwydd, dosbarthiadau a digwyddiadau cymdeithasol ochr yn ochr â chymysgedd o weithdai a chyrsiau celf a chrefft!

 

Ein hamcan ydi cynnig gweithgareddau sy’n addas i bawb, yn hen ac ifanc, yn ogystal â theuluoedd yn ein cymuned.

Family Ballet with Krystal Lowe

Take part in an exciting beginner ballet class with your family!

Throughout this 1-hour session, Krystal S. Lowe will lead participants through basic ballet steps to allow families to explore a new style of movement - together.

Fun, physical and inclusive with experienced tutors and a friendly atmosphere of a newly refurbished Hopkinstown Hall.

Take part in an invigorating session of beginner ballet for adults of all ages! Throughout this 1-hour session, Krystal S. Lowe will lead you through the exploration of a new style of movement to energize you for your day.

What to bring: Please wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water to keep yourself well hydrated.

Stretching & Relaxation 
with Bridie Doyle-Roberts

Take some time away from busy daily schedules and take part in these gentle exercise and self care sessions led by Bridie Doyle-Roberts.

Learn stretching and relaxing techniques that can be used to alleviate stress and improve general wellbeing. These methods are particularly beneficial in combination with other exercise routines and will help both your body and mind "wind down" after strenuous activities.

Please wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water to keep yourself hydrated.
