About the workshop

Learn how to use aerial equipment - aerial hoop and trapeze! Aimed at beginners, the class offers the chance to learn basic acrobatic movement on the trapeze and aerial hoop. This improves balance, co-ordination, strength and flexibility - in particular upper body, arms and core strength.
